This method requires an athlete to suspend Jump Stretch Bands at the top of the Power Rack. A strong band takes 150 pounds out of the bottom of a squat or bench. A medium band takes 95 pounds out of the bottom, and a light band unloads 65 pounds out of the bottom. This system causes an individual to accelerate real barbell weight on the concentric phase after the weight is lightened on the eccentric phase.  Special Strength Development for All Sports (Louie Simmons, 2015)
